Residential Design Specialist

As a Residential Design Specialist at La-Z-Boy Incorporated, you'll play a critical role in elevating our design culture and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include promoting our In-Home Design program, creating design concepts and presenting them to clients, and providing coaching and training to sales teams. You'll work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, translate those needs into actionable design recommendations, and create digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues will be essential to your success in this role. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field. • 2-3 years of experience in residential design. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
