Residential Design Professional

We are seeking a skilled Project Architect to join our team in a residential design role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-family residential projects and be able to produce detailed construction documents and specifications. This is an opportunity for someone who can work independently as well as collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design intent and project goals are met. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and produce detailed construction documents and specifications across all phases of the design process. • Utilize Revit to create accurate and efficient architectural drawings and models. • Support the Principal Architect in managing residential and mixed-use remodeling projects. • Conduct site analysis and code research to inform design decisions. Requirements: • 5+ years of architectural drafting experience focused on residential projects. • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Revit for architectural design and documentation. • Proven ability to prepare comprehensive construction documents and specifications. • Experience with multi-family residential remodeling, including apartment buildings or similar structures. • Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field. • Licensure or progress toward architectural licensure is a plus. • Familiarity with other design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.
