Residential Design Assistant - Junior Designer

Position Summary: The Junior Designer will work directly with the team to plan, organize, and coordinate project execution. This individual is responsible for working with the project team and executing tasks efficiently and accurately. Must be able to lead others as well as respect and support the direction of the owners and the firm... Job Duties: Execution of interior design & architectural projects from design through construction documentation, including printing/reproduction, generating drawings and documents. Including but not limited to: • CAD Drafting • Renderings & Illustrations • Design of Details or portions of a buildings and interiors • Presentation Boards (Use of Illustrator and In-design) • Updating of Client CPM Selections • Site Surveys (Field Measurements) • Construction administration Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Schedule, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In-Design, Sketch-up and AutoCAD 2012 or newer.
