Residential Architect, Project Manager 10+

Mosaic Architects & Interiors is a full-service Architecture and Interior Design firm specializing in high-end residential projects in the SF Bay Area, South Bay, Napa Valley and all over the US. We have offices in San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Boulder and the Napa Valley. We are looking to bring an experienced, dynamic and motivated Architect/Project Manager to our San Francisco team. You will be working and collaborating with our Principals on the design and execution of our projects, leading and supervising teams. Site visits, Construction Administration and direct coordination with clients, contractors, artisans and consultants is part of the job. You will also have an active role in our firm's organization and management. Currently we work 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely which is subject to change. Ideal candidates are organized, self-motivated, collaborative, technically savvy, great communicators, have excellent writing skills and are strong leaders. Candidates should also be well versed in building and planning codes, permitting, detailing, working drawings and the design documentation process. Qualifications: \\- Degree in Architecture \\- 10+ years of applicable experience in residential architecture \\- Basic understanding of Revit is a must.
