Role Description
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented professional who can transform creative direction into clear, polished production documents with speed, accuracy, and strong design judgment.
This role is ideal for someone with experience inside respected interior design or architecture firms who enjoys the technical side of beautiful projects.
What You’ll DoUpdate and manage SketchUp models based on designer markups and revision listsProduce clean, professional drawing sets in LayoutCreate plans, elevations, sections, and millwork detailsDevelop cabinetry, vanities, kitchens, bathrooms, built-ins, and custom furniture drawingsCoordinate lighting, switching, and electrical plan revisionsOrganize scenes, tags, components, templates, and file systemsIdentify inconsistencies or missing information before returning filesHelp maintain efficient backend production standards for a growing studio

Qualifications
Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design, with attention to both form and functionExperience with Architecture and creating detailed Construction DrawingsKnowledge of FF&E selection and specificationExpertise in SketchUp and Layout softwareStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines and coordinate with multiple stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related fieldAbility to thrive in a team-oriented environment
