ABOUT THE ROLE The successful candidate will have a direct impact on the Firm's financial goals by partnering with Regional Leadership and by working with Project Managers across the Firm. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO Prepare and analyze regional revenue and profitability forecast, including review of project staffing and schedules.Report monthly regional project revenue and review performance and projection variances.Monitor and analyze project performance, and report to Project Managers and Operations Leaders.Carry out established business practices and monitor project team adherence to terms of contracts.Participate with project teams to measure progress and profitability.Work with project managers to development and input new work plans.Review consultant contracts and invoices for accuracy, align with project budget.Responsible for oversight of regional invoicing; timely and accurate according to contract and collection of receivables.Provide year-end audit schedules as required.Other ad-hoc reporting and analysis, as necessary.Work underneath the supervision of the Regional Controller II, and provide support to Regional Controller IIAdditional responsibilities as needed. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.Minimum of 5 years' related experience required.Must be detail oriented, an analytical thinker, and possess strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.Team focused and able to work with multiple skilled professionals.Experience in a professional service firm a plus.Proficiency with MS Office is required; Deltek Vision experience preferred. The salary range for this position to be filled in the Buffalo, NY office is $83,040 to $103,800 annually. This salary range is the range we believe is the anticipated range of possible base compensation at the timing of the posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the anticipated salary range for the position. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
