About this role
We are seeking a full time Receptionist & Office Manager for our Essex office.
The Receptionist & Office Manager is primarily responsible for coordinating
office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational
effectiveness, efficiency and safety. This position is based in our Essex
office and reports to our management team. Responsibilities: • Overall, the
office management team aims to maintain and improve the day-to- day integrity
of a full functioning work environment for a busy staff across three fixed
locations and up to thirty remote locations. • Oversee and support all
administrative duties in the office and ensure the office is operating
smoothly. • Perform receptionist duties: answering phones, greeting building
clients and guests professionally, ordering and maintaining office supplies
and ensuring sufficient operation of all office equipment. • Receive and sort
incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail. • Provide
administrative and executive support as needed. • Provide other administrative
support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, calendar
maintenance, creating and updating company reports. • A strong IT technical
background is a plus with the ability to troubleshoot IT/phones/infrastructure
over 3 locations and coordinate with IT consultants. • Coordinate with our
Property Services Division for various in-house maintenance tasks. • Manage a
variety of day to day office management/maintenance tasks, as well as
coordinating needs across all office sites (Essex, Wellesley, Winchester).
Qualifications: • An Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business
Administration, Communications or a related field with a minimum of 2-5 years
of experience in an administrative/office management role. • A positive, can-
do attitude able to receive, manage and respond to necessary support in a
timely manner. Occasional weekends and holidays may apply. • Highly organized
with excellent attention to detail and time management with the ability to
prioritize. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook. • Experience in a
residential architecture and/or construction firm a plus. C&M; offers a
