Job Summary We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Real Estate Home Stager to transform residential properties into visually appealing spaces that attract potential buyers. Responsibilities • Develop comprehensive staging plans that align with the property’s architecture and target market. • Select and arrange furniture, accessories, and decor to enhance space functionality and aesthetic appeal. • Apply color theory and lighting design principles to optimize ambiance and highlight key features of each property. • Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution of staging projects. • Oversee the installation process, ensuring all elements are positioned according to plan and safety standards are maintained. • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current trends in interior design, remodeling, renovation, and construction practices.
