The Interior Designer will work closely with our development and construction teams to design interiors that align with our project vision, market trends, and client expectations. This role requires a strong understanding of materials, space planning, and the ability to manage design projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities: Stay current on the latest design trends including decorating techniques, new materials, innovative tools and sustainability issues and implement them into every design projectAid in the marketing of homes by developing flyers and brochures that highlight specific features and help ensure quick salesOversee the purchasing and installation of all furniture, equipment and decor so staging is done on time and on budgetCoordinate all construction and design projects to be on time and on budget so clients’ expectations are met and/or exceededOrganize and attend both virtual and still photo shoots to help create enticing property presentationsMeet with clients in their homes to develop staging plans that help the property sell quickly Qualifications: Must hold a Degree/License in Interior Design and have at least 2 years of experienceAbility to prioritize and handle multiple projectsCurrent on the latest furniture trendsStrong communication skills with the ability to listen to a client and their needs About Company: DEZ Development LLC offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
