Property Stylist

Full Time (30+ hrs/week) We are looking for a Junior Luxury Home Stager in the San Diego area. Our ideal team member must have the ability to work quickly under pressure and understand design. • This individual must be a quick learner and take initiative. Sometimes things don't turn out the way they are intended at the concept, but this is where your creativity will shine! • Must be a team player • Passion for design is a must Compensation: $22 - $24 hourly Responsibilities: • Assist designers with projects and installs • Assist with packing and destaging jobs • Manages daily support operations (folding towels, organizing bedding, accessories, and soft goods • Assists lead stylists on installs from start to finish • Maintain an understanding of ECD's inventory system • Assists with inventory management and organization • Ability to work well with and lead a team of stage assistants Qualifications: • Two years of industry experience, preferably in the staging/styling industry • Associate's degree or higher • Computer skills - Google Apps, Slack • Excellent communication skills Requirements • Able to lift between 20 - 30 lbs • Standing throughout the day • Valid driver’s license • A minimum of 3 days a week, with the ability to work extra days. During our busy season, hours can extend to 40 hours per week • Cell phone for communication and inventory purposes About Company We are a San Diego-based staging company with a 15,000 sqft warehouse full of the newest trending inventory, a 5-vehicle fleet, and a team of over 25 employees.
