Project Manager/Interiors

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team. This position provide complete responsibility for overseeing the planning, design and execution of interior design projects within Atlanta area. Duties: - Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences. - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the project scope, including budget constraints. - Create detailed, 3D designs using software such as Sketchup, 3ds Max, and Rhinoceros 3D. - Prepare and present design concepts and revisions to clients. - Utilize AutoCAD and Bluebeam to create accurate and detailed drawings. - Work closely with contractors to ensure that design specifications are met. - Conduct site visits to measure and analyze spaces for design purposes. - Stay up-to-date with current design trends, materials, and technologies. - Manage and maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Ensure that all designs meet safety and accessibility standards. - Participate in design and production meetings to ensure seamless communication. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline (Architecture, Interior Design) or equivalent work experience. - A minimum of ten (10) years managing interiors design projects, with at least 5 years in education and public sector. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Design Software (AutoCAD) - Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. - Exceptional organizational, design, and problem-solving skills.
