Project Manager / Senior Interior Designer Ci Design, Inc. seeks dynamic professionals with a passion for interior design and project management. The role involves leading and managing commercial interior design projects across various sectors, including multifamily, office, and hospitality. Responsibilities include: • Reviewing project contracts, scope, budgets, and timelines. • Establishing project schedules and resource allocation. • Leading design development, production, and construction documentation phases. • Coordinating with architectural, MEP, and lighting consultants. • Managing FF&E design, budgeting, procurement, and installation. • Mentoring junior staff and liaising with clients to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in interior design/interior architecture from a CIDA-accredited institution. • 15+ years of relevant experience in multifamily, commercial, or hospitality projects. • NCIDQ certification and professional licensing preferred. • Proficiency in Revit, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketch-Up, and MS Office. • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
