About this role
The Role: A growing and ambitious studio that has seen natural expansion over
the past few years and are now seeking a Project Manager to join their team.
They are well known for their elevated design aesthetic mixing bold accents,
clean lines and restrained materiality. Their projects are focused in the
residential space, seeing a mix of family units in Manhattan to large estates
in the Hamptons and beyond. This role would suit an experienced design PM who
is organized, confident and friendly. Providing a collaborative, supportive
and inclusive environment, our client offers hybrid working, an unwavering 9-6
schedule, 401k and more. This office is located in an easy-to-access part of
Brooklyn. Key Responsibilities: \\- Lead project management needs on projects
across the studio, from concept to post-completion \\- Be the key contact on
projects for consultants, client and coordination purposes \\- Work closely
with firm leadership throughout project phases \\- Arrange and adjust project
staffing and schedules \\- Oversee budgeting needs for all projects \\- Attend
site as needed – this may include some travel \\- Provide occasional interior
design support when needed Key Skills: \\- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or similar \\-
Significant experience with luxury residential projects across design and
project management, preferably focused in the NY area \\- Comfortable working
on numerous projects at a time and can move the process autonomously if needed
\\- Deeply knowledgeable about the budgeting, scheduling and coordination
needs of residential projects of varying size \\- An established network of
vendors and fabricators \\- Strong technical knowledge across custom millwork
and FF&E; \\- Excellent communication skills and professionalism If you would
