Project Manager (Interior Design, Part Time)

Lacquer Design, a residential interior design firm based in Pensacola, FL, is seeking a meticulous and organized part-time Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong project management experience, exceptional attention to detail, and a keen interest in interior design. Core Responsibilities: • Project Management: Oversee and update project timelines to keep projects and the team on schedule • Pricing and Procurement: Manage the product (FF&E) lifecycle for multiple projects, from estimation to proposals to purchasing, tracking, working with our receiving warehouse, and coordinating installation. • Proposals: Assist in creating detailed and accurate proposals for vendors and clients; studio lead in managing items in Studio Designer software • Document Updates: Create and maintain construction-related documents and project schedules. • Vendor Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with outside vendors and trades. • Studio Space: Assist in maintaining an organized sample library in our studio space Qualifications: • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing projects and coordinating with external vendors, preferably in an interior design, construction, or related field. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills via email, text, and phone. • Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, take the initiative to solve problems, and focus on delivering great outcomes for our clients. Bonus Skills: • Technical Skills: Experience with AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, and Google Suite, or a willingness to learn these tools. Familiarity with Studio Designer is a plus.
