Project Management Role Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for providing consulting services to clients to help achieve business objectives. Focus is on construction projects within occupied facilities.
• Manage all aspects of project management, including planning, design, construction, and closeout.
• Interact with clients to prepare project elements, including scope of work, cost estimates, and budget.
• Define project resources and implement documentation governance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project team direction and mentorship.
• Risk identification and mitigation planning.
• Progress tracking and variance reporting.
This role requires a bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field, along with 5-8 years of relevant experience. Desired skills include knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
