Project Manager – Commercial Interiors

We are seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team in Richmond, VA (this position is not remote; regular travel to surrounding areas is required). In this role, you’ll act as the link between sales, operations, design, delivery, and installation, making sure projects run smoothly from start to finish. What you get to do. You’ll manage all aspects of assigned furniture projects, from planning through final close-out. This includes overseeing schedules, coordinating with clients and contractors, and attending site visits and project meetings. You’ll prepare and maintain project documents, ensure quality control, and serve as the point of contact for client communication. You’ll also manage punch lists, warranty needs, and service resolutions, while working closely with installation crews to support project delivery. The Requirements. We’re looking for someone who works independently, stays organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and comfortable reading and interpreting architectural plans. Solid math and calculator skills are important, as well as the ability to prioritize and problem-solve quickly. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Project Matrix, and eManage One is preferred (training provided). Prior furniture, interiors, or project management experience is a plus, but we’re open to growing product knowledge with the right candidate. Our Benefits.
