Project Manager – Interior Design, Architecture & Construction Location: Yarmouth, Maine (In-Person) About Us Nicola’s Home is a high-end interior design, architectural design, and construction firm based in Yarmouth, Maine. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple design and construction projects. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills, a refined design sense, and the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and client expectations seamlessly. Responsibilities Lead and manage residential and commercial projects from start to finish Coordinate between designers, architects, contractors, vendors, and clients Manage and lead the design team, reporting directly to CEO and the CFO Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables Ensure all work aligns with the firm’s design standards and client goals Proactively anticipate and resolve project challenges Oversee permitting, procurement, and documentation processes Support the creative vision of the design team while keeping projects on schedule Qualifications Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within interior design, architecture, and construction Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Proven ability to handle multiple complex projects at once A strong design sense and appreciation for quality craftsmanship Proficiency with project management software (such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello or similar software) Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design, or related field preferred. Experience with CAD and Revit preferred. What We Offer Full-time, in-person role at our Yarmouth, Maine headquarters.
