Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in interior design required. • 9+ years of interior design experience in luxury residential or luxury hospitality, including leading full high-end residential projects required. • NCIDQ certification preferred but not required. • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating concept-to-completion leadership in luxury environments. • Expert-level knowledge of materials, detailing, FF&E, and custom fabrication. • Solid understanding of construction methodologies, architectural detailing, and finish materials. • Exceptional ability to lead client-facing conversations with professionalism, emotional intelligence, and clear communication. • Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple complex projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and maintaining design intent. • Proven ability to lead clients through complex decisions with confidence, empathy, and clarity. • Comfort engaging in budget, value, and margin conversations. • Proficiency in industry standard tools including Microsoft Office Suite, SketchUp, and Bluebeam.
