Project Director/Architect

About the Position: We’re looking for a Project Director / Architect who shares our love of travel, design, and big ideas, someone who can lead, inspire, and deliver. What You’ll Do • Lead multiple hospitality projects from concept through completion • Manage design teams, schedules, budgets, and client communication • Oversee internal production and coordination with consultants • Mentor junior designers and foster team growth • Partner with firm leaders and creative directors to drive design excellence • Travel for design meetings and key presentations.
