Responsibilities • Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Oversee Interiors Group operations, ensuring growth, profitability, and design excellence. • Foster a collaborative, innovative design culture across the firm. • Provide firm-wide QA/QC leadership, maintaining high standards in all project phases. • Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and resource allocation. • Serve as Project Manager on select projects, ensuring efficiency and quality. • Oversee design standards, documentation, and proposal development. • Leadership Responsibilities: • Mentor and develop staff, fostering a strong, engaged team. • Lead hiring, performance reviews, and retention strategies with leadership. • Maintain and expand client relationships; attend key meetings and presentations. • Collaborate with Marketing to develop business growth initiatives and branding. • Engage in industry organizations and networking events to elevate firm visibility. • Operational Responsibilities: • Monitor Interiors Group financials, profitability, and project pipeline. • Oversee team structure, PTO approvals, and performance management.
