Role Description This is a full-time, ON-SITE Project Designer and/or Project Manager role (depending on qualifications) located in Savannah, GA. We are looking for talented and dedicated Project Designers interested in collaboration, professional development, and designing high quality architecture. As part of our small team, candidates can expect to participate in all facets of the building design process. Our current work is primarily grocery retail, and we are seeking talented candidates to help us continue to deliver for existing clients, while expanding our portfolio into hospitality, bar & restaurant, mixed-use and other commercial project types. Responsibilities • Concept research & development of visual positioning • Space planning and management of Revit models and equipment families • Designing and detailing architectural features, finish selections, and furniture selections • Collaborating with colleagues and clients to develop creative design solutions • Managing project deliverables and presentations Qualifications • 2+ years of on-site, collaborative experience in an architecture firm • Able to work in the US without employer-sponsored visa • Professional degree in architecture from a NAAB accredited program, on the path to licensure or licensed • High level of proficiency required in Revit and Sketchup • Proficiency/working knowledge in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Technical understanding of building systems and construction science • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Able to collaborate effectively and enthusiastically with coworkers, consultants, and clients • Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality designs • Knowledge of building codes and accessible design requirements Benefits • Starting salary range $65k to $105k per year, depending on qualifications/role • Performance-based and annual bonuses • Full Medical, Dental and Vision insurance • 22 days of PTO, 8-10 Holidays, and parental leave program • 401k with employer matched contributions • Continuing education and exam reimbursement • Work-schedule flexibility • Dog-friendly office for office-friendly dogs • Unlimited “dad jokes” and millennial pop-culture references Application If you are interested in joining our team, please submit your CV and portfolio for consideration.
