DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Plan, design, and execute interiors of both residential and commercial buildings. • Formulate designs which are aesthetically compelling, functional + practical, and conducive to their intended purposes, such as inspiring culture, raising productivity, or improving lifestyle. • Develop and produce design documentation in AutoCAD. • Coordinate logistical project elements such as sample ordering + organization, furniture selection and specification, lighting + material selection and specification, vendor correspondence, and a variety of other project-oriented tasks. • Travel with presentations, site visits, and installation of projects. • Assist in the management of budgets and timelines for project. REQUIREMENT FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE: • 6+ years minimum experience required using the above skill set • Confident Aesthetic + Artistic Ability • Organization + Time Management Skills • Strong Communication + Interpersonal Skills • Team Player • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, V-Ray Rendering • Studio Designer software experience preferred • Multi-unit residential experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field • Graphic Design Experience a plus • Travel 10% If this sounds like the perfect next step in an amazing career, we are looking forward to hearing from you!
