Position Overview:
We’re seeking a talented and driven Project Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team. This is a mid-level role ideal for someone passionate about residential architecture, sustainability, and collaborative practice. Proficiency in ArchiCAD is required, and experience with Passive House or high-performance design is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with the principal and design team across all project phases: SD, DD, CD, and CA
• Develop detailed drawings and 3D models using ArchiCAD
• Conduct code and zoning research; assist with permitting, consultant coordination, and material selections
• Produce drawing sets for both design and construction, contributing to our integrated design-build workflow
• Help shape sustainable, practical, and elegant solutions for a range of custom residential projects
Qualifications:
• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
• 3–5 years of relevant architectural experience
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential
• Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Experience with Passive House standards and energy-efficient design is a plus
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
