Project Designer

Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Designer/Draftsperson, preferably in the construction industry. Ideal candidate will provide portfolio of previous design project experience Bachelors degree in Architecture/Design or a related field with some experience preferred Experience in Chief Architect, Bluebeam Revu, and Lumion Preferred. Strong technical knowledge of architectural drafting, building codes, and construction methods. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and reviewing drawings. Ability to interpret and understand architectural and engineering drawings and specifications. Exceptionally organized and aware of moving project parts, communications, and design scope. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients in an orderly and timely fashion. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team setting with fellow designers and drafters. Driven individual with passion for growth and learning. Open to shifting roles as needed and taking on responsibilities outside of design when needed
