Project Design Manager

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in architecture and experience working on projects with DSA requirements. ">Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed project documentation. • Ensure compliance with building codes and standards throughout all phases of project development. • Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve design and technical issues. • Provide guidance and quality control to junior staff members. • Communicate effectively with clients and contractors to clarify design intent and address construction-related questions. • Assist in permitting processes and support construction administration. • Maintain project schedules and deadlines, coordinating with internal and external teams. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. • Architecture project experience with DSA requirements. • Architectural License or working towards it. This role requires a strong understanding of architecture and experience working on projects with DSA requirements. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment and communicate effectively with clients and contractors.
