We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Residential Remodeling Design Consultant to join our team. This role combines client consultation, design expertise, and project coordination—helping homeowners bring their renovation visions to life. What You’ll Do: Client Consultation & Sales • Lead initial client meetings to assess project goals, budget, and design vision. • Educate homeowners on design options, materials, and pricing. • Develop and present detailed project proposals and budgets. • Close design and construction contracts and ensure a seamless project handoff. Design & Project Coordination • Assist clients in creating functional and aesthetically appealing remodeling plans. • Conduct on-site evaluations to assess structural and design feasibility. • Ensure designs comply with building codes and industry standards. • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors for smooth execution. What We’re Looking For ✔ 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling, interior design, or construction consulting. ✔ Strong knowledge of architectural design, building codes, and structural features. ✔ Excellent communication & sales skills – ability to build rapport and close deals. ✔ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven to succeed. ✔ Familiarity with construction management software and digital design tools. ✔ Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance. ✔ Must be authorized to work in the U.S. What We Offer Competitive Compensation – Commission-based with weekly and yearly pay.
