Project Architect/Designer

Project Architect/Designer: Santa Barbara based architectural and interior design firm, has a full time position available for an experienced architect / project manager/ project designer. The Firm specializes in high-end residential design and luxury commercial projects. Ideal candidate will work collaboratively with principal architect. Must be capable of shifting gears quickly in a fast-paced team environment, and capable of describing process, direction and solutions while managing hundreds of project details. Our firm delivers a first class client experience and inspirational design. Requirements: • Project Architect: 5+ years of experience • Project Designer: 3+ years of experience • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture • Proficiency in AutoCAD (REQUIRED) • Sketch-Up 3D rendering abilities (REQUIRED ) • Experience in a variety of projects and with all phases of design and construction • Strong design and graphic skills • Experience with Microsoft Word, Office, Excel, Powerpoint • Proficiency in Adobe software • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Professional appearance and work ethic • Familiarity with California permitting process Fast paced work environment.
