Project Architect / Project Manager

Seeking a design professional with 5-10 years of experience managing projects at all phases of design, as well as bidding, contract negotiation, and construction phase services through project completion. Key skills and abilities: collaborative design process, technical competence, production efficiency, well-developed project management skills, project team relationship management, creative problem-solving, strong communication, and client-focused design excellence.
