Key Responsibilities
• Produce and coordinate construction documents for high-rise residential and hospitality projects
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and support construction administration processes
• Work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams
• Maintain technical accuracy and code compliance across all project phases
• Collaborate with senior staff and contribute to a culture of shared learning
What We're Looking For
• 3–8 years of experience in architecture or interior design (production-focused experience strongly valued)
• Solid Revit proficiency, you're comfortable working in it daily
• Strong construction documentation and detailing skills
• Exposure to high-rise residential or hospitality projects is a plus, but not essential
• Working toward licensure or already licensed (both welcome)
• Clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, South Florida

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
