Project Architect / Interior Design Professional

A well-established and growing architecture and interior design firm in Miami is looking for a talented and production-driven professional to join their team. Specializing in ground-up construction, high-rise residential, and hospitality projects, this studio offers the kind of hands-on, fast-paced environment where your technical skills will genuinely matter and your career will move forward. Key Responsibilities • Produce and coordinate construction documents for high-rise residential and hospitality projects • Manage RFIs, submittals, and support construction administration processes • Work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams • Maintain technical accuracy and code compliance across all project phases • Collaborate with senior staff and contribute to a culture of shared learning What We're Looking For • 3–8 years of experience in architecture or interior design (production-focused experience strongly valued) • Solid Revit proficiency, you're comfortable working in it daily • Strong construction documentation and detailing skills • Exposure to high-rise residential or hospitality projects is a plus, but not essential • Working toward licensure or already licensed (both welcome) • Clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment • Based in, or willing to relocate to, South Florida What's on Offer • Competitive salary and benefits package • Meaningful work on high-profile Miami projects with real visibility • A mentorship culture where intermediate-level staff are genuinely invested in • Clear pathways for growth as the firm continues to expand • A collaborative studio where your contributions are seen and valued To Apply Send your resume and a portfolio highlighting construction documents and Revit work.
