Expected Earnings: $40,000 - $90,000+ annually Top Earners: $100,000+ annually What You'll Do Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service. Assist clients with furniture, accessories, and design selections. Generate and manage business through CRM follow-up. Present product recommendations and pricing. Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing. Follow up before and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals. Qualifications Prior retail sales experience required. Furniture, interior design, or home furnishings experience preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
