A company is looking for a Product Design Manager to lead a team in enhancing digital product design and user experiences. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of 4-6 designers, promoting an inclusive and collaborative culture Define product strategy and vision while ensuring quality execution across the design portfolio Drive the adoption of a unified tooling design system and improve end-to-end user experiences Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in digital product design 1+ years of people management experience in UI / UX and product design Experience in building and mentoring high-performing design teams Strong understanding of product development processes including engineering and analytics Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
