About Us:
• We are a dynamic team of interior designers and procurement specialists working on various hospitality projects.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FF&E procurement, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for the hospitality design industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Procurement & Sourcing:
• Source, negotiate, and purchase FF&E items based on project requirements and design specifications.
• Identify and build relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality, pricing, and delivery timelines meet project needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sustainability guidelines.
• Project Coordination & Communication:
• Collaborate with interior designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project needs and timelines.
• Provide timely updates on procurement status, tracking orders and deliveries to ensure on-time completion of projects.
• Vendor Management:
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality products and services are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor vendor performance, address issues, and provide solutions as needed.
• Logistics & Delivery Management:
• Coordinate the logistics of FF&E deliveries, ensuring proper inspection, warehousing, and transportation for each project.
• Manage the delivery and installation process, troubleshooting any issues that arise during installation.
• Budget & Cost Management:
• Maintain strict adherence to project budgets, ensuring all procurement activities are cost-effective.
• Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records and reports for tracking purposes.
Qualifications:
• Education:
• A degree in Hospitality Management, Interior Design, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in FF&E procurement, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• A strong understanding of the design and purchasing processes for hospitality projects.
• Skills & Abilities:
• A strong knowledge of FF&E products and suppliers.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with experience using procurement software or project management tools preferred.
