experiences and design. We are searching for an Procurement Specialist that
has a penchant for good design. This position will support the Interior design
department, branding department and b2b website. Our ideal candidate will:

solving, logistical planning, interpersonal, verbal and written communication
skills. Be proficient in simple bookkeeping processes and financial management
and it's related software Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase
orders, including verifying price terms and conditions Has previous successful
experience in an office environment Possess excellent computer skills, and is
quick to learn new software In this position, you can expect to: · prepare and
track signage, artwork, smallwares and branding proposals, deals and contracts
· Assist with presentation creation, and manage artwork/branding approval
process with client · Develop standard furniture and custom furniture bids and
RFP packages which include instructions to bidders/dealers and detailed
specifications. · Bidding & Negotiation – Answer questions from
bidders/dealers to clarify design intent and ensure bidding correctness. ·
Communicate with clients and designers the most accurate and up to date status
of all special orders. This will include supply chain delays, discontinued
products, items arriving damaged etc. · Check all sales acknowledgements to
ensure all specifications are ordered correctly · Track production, process,
shipping and freight on all orders, including special-order items · Ensure all
items are shipped to correct locations · Coordinate damage claims directly
with manufacturer and follow up on all claims. · Develop and Maintain Vendor
relationships · Attend/schedule meetings and take meeting minutes
