Linda Burnside Interiors is a Columbia-based, award-winning interior design firm specializing in high-end residential and commercial interiors, with a portfolio of nationally published projects spanning coast to coast. We are seeking a highly organized Procurement / Office Manager to support our design team and oversee purchasing, order tracking, installations, and daily studio operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys managing details, timelines, and communication with clients and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage purchasing, vendor invoices, client payments, and order tracking
• Coordinate shipping, deliveries, installations, and contractor schedules
• Maintain records in QuickBooks and provide weekly project updates
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and designers
• Assist with installations, product inspections, samples, and studio organization
• Oversee general office operations and maintenance
Qualifications
• 1–2 years of project management or operations experience
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and confident phone presence
• Proficiency with office software; QuickBooks experience preferred
• Interior design or related industry experience a plus
