This position is full-time and supports the daily operations of a busy and energetic design team. Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Obtain pricing from vendors and create proposals in our design management software • Execute all purchase orders with accuracy • Manage client, vendor, and product data in our design management software • Maintain order tracking spreadsheet and update clients on regular basis • Schedule appointments such as installs, measures, etc. • Coordinate deliveries • Stock checks • Other responsibilities as assigned
