Salary $180,000 - $190,000 + bonus + profit share opportunity + benefits. Post Description: We are partnering exclusively with a leading luxury interior design studio to find an exceptional Principal for their San Francisco office. This is a rare opportunity for a senior design principal to step into a pivotal role — managing projects, leading a talented team, and actively growing the business. The long-term trajectory includes partnership potential for the right person. The Role You will own the San Francisco studio. That means leading projects from inception to completion, mentoring the design team, and driving business development — particularly within luxury hospitality, private resort, and high-end residential. This is not a purely creative role. We are looking for someone who is equally energised by building relationships and winning work as they are by exceptional design. You Will Bring ? Significant experience in luxury interiors — resort, boutique hospitality, and/or high-end residential ? A proven ability to lead teams and manage complex, high-value projects ? An active network and a genuine appetite for business development ? A direct, confident personality — someone who leads with clarity and takes ownership ?
