Lead and manage the interior design team to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences and translate them into visually appealing and functional designs. Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and furniture to ensure they align with the design vision and budget. Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide design recommendations. Ensure that all interior design projects comply with relevant building codes and regulations. Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies to incorporate into design solutions. Mentor and train junior interior designers to enhance their skills and knowledge. Maintain effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers. Participate in client presentations and meetings to present design proposals and gather feedback. Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion within established parameters.
