Project Architect Role We are seeking a skilled Project Architect to join our team. This individual will be responsible for translating client goals and brand identity into powerful environments that drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, with a focus on creating high-performance, visually compelling, and sustainable spaces. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their expectations. Responsibilities: • Create contract documents (CDs) • Review CDs to ensure compliance with firm standards, mechanical, building systems, codes, and ADA requirements • Oversee CD production and review for smaller projects • Coordinate with Senior technical staff and design staff to provide technical solutions for design dilemmas • Manage project through contract administration phase • Coordinate engineering consultant's work to ensure compliance with design solution and timely submission of documents • In unusual circumstances, assist with support for field surveys Requirements: • Graduate of architecture or design school • Licensed Architect • 8+ years' experience in corporate interior design projects Skills and Abilities: • Extensive knowledge of design principles and standards • Intermediate documentation and field observational skills • Advanced interior architecture detailing skills • Advanced Revit skills
