About the Role: We are hiring a Principal to manage our Nashville office. As principal, you'll spearhead design leadership across all project phases, ensuring our deliverables resonate with client objectives and uphold our high design standards. You will take ownership of project scope, schedule, and budget, expertly guiding project teams of architects, designers, and consultants to achieve timely and financially sound outcomes. We will ask you to cultivate strong client relationships through insightful understanding, proactive communication, and a collaborative partnership throughout the project lifecycle. Your deep knowledge of project process, extensive direct experience, and your commitment to continuous learning will be essential. You will contribute strategically to the financial health of projects by developing revenue projections, managing client agreements, and overseeing consultant contracts. You will be expected to collaborate with fellow Principals to strategize on firmwide operations and foster staff growth through mentorship and participate in business development.
