About this role

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Pricing & Procurement Specialist to lead our pricing strategies and optimize profit margins across our interior design projects, remodeling projects and product lines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive pricing models that align with company objectives and market conditions. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, financial tracking and contract negotiation to ensure competitive and profitable pricing structures. The Pricing Specialist will collaborate with closely with the designers, Operations Manager and Account Manager on drive data-driven decisions that enhance overall business performance. This role offers an opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to influence key business outcomes through strategic pricing initiatives while working within a collaborative team environment focused on operational excellence. Duties • Develop and maintain pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability. • Conduct detailed market analysis, including sourcing, category management, and supply chain assessments to inform pricing decisions. • Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms that support strategic pricing initiatives and long-term relationships. • Perform root cause analysis on pricing discrepancies or margin erosion issues, implementing corrective actions promptly. • Oversee contract management activities related to pricing agreements. • Collaborate on production planning and manufacturing schedules to optimize costs and pricing structures. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain management, supplier management, and procurement to support dynamic market conditions. • Prepare comprehensive reports on pricing performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations for executive review. Experience • Proven experience in procurement management, sourcing, or supply chain management within retail, manufacturing or logistics industries. • Strong background in contract negotiation, contract management, and vendor management. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis related to pricing issues. • Strong experience in managing budgets, P&L.
