Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Planner Project Manager located in Birmingham, AL. The Planner Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of various projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing logistics, expediting processes, conducting inspections, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, solving problems, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project's lifecycle.
Qualifications
• Professional degree in Architecture, Urban Design/Planning Degree a Plus.
• Licensure Preferred: RA, AICP, or equivalent.
• 7-10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating urban planning, master planning, and architectural design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite. REVIT experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Passion for placemaking, walkable communities, and urban design principles.
