Ringseis Designs Frame Shop in Fairfax CA, established in 1977, has built a stellar reputation for quality craftsmanship and customer care. We are currently looking to hire an experienced and talented Designer/Sales Associate to join our team ( 7-14 hours a week.) If you’re already working part-time in another shop and are interested in picking up additional hours, we’d love to hear from you. Experience:
1. Skilled in design, customer service, and sales. 2+ years experience working in a custom frame shop.

3. Main Responsibilities: Guides customers through the custom framing process, helping them select materials like frames, matting, and glass. Assisting customers choose aesthetically pleasing and appropriate framing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greeting customers and creating a positive atmosphere.
2. Guiding clients through the design process by understanding their needs and helping them choose materials.
3. Explaining design options and pricing clearly.
4. Processing sales and managing customer orders.
5. Competent level of skill with computers
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Sales and customer service: Ability to confidently present options, close sales, and build customer relationships.
2. Design and aesthetics: Preferred experience or a strong understanding of design principles, color, art, and photography.
3. Retail experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment is often a plus.
4. Attention to detail: Crucial for accurate measurements and quality execution.
