The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales practices - specifically closing skills, and negotiation skills, and good with people. If you are passionate about sales and have a proven track record in closing deals, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Manage the proper inspection and closing process of termite packages. - Follow up with given leads and maintain the scheduled appointments. - Utilize market knowledge to identify potential opportunities for growth - Negotiate terms and close sales effectively - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process - Utilize our selling software to track leads and opportunities Requirements: - Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals - Excellent market knowledge and understanding of customer needs - Exceptional customer service skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment This position offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team focused on achieving sales targets.
