Personal Assistant

Position: Personal Assistant - CWA Group Architecture Location: United States (Remote) Company Overview: At CWA Group Architecture, we create innovative and sustainable architectural designs that enhance the built environment. We are currently seeking a talented Personal Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and motivated individual to provide top-notch support to our Director and contribute to the success of our company. Pay: $30.09 - $34.22 per hour Responsibilities: - Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with clients, consultants, and team members - Plan and organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation - Compose and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations - Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information - Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders - Handle and prioritize incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail - Prepare and submit expense reports and manage invoices - Conduct research, gather information, and assist with special projects as needed - Attend and take minutes during meetings - Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth office operations Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills - Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Professional and polished demeanor with strong interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Knowledge of architecture or design industry is an asset What We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Collaborative and supportive work environment - Professional development opportunities - Employee wellness program - Chance to be part of a dynamic and creative team making a positive impact in the community If you are passionate about architecture, have a talent for organization, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
