We are seeking a talented Sales Associate with a background in interior design to join our dynamic team. What You’ll Do: As a Full-Time Sales Associate, you’ll play a vital role in the daily operations of our store. Your responsibilities include: • Driving Sales: Engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and achieving sales goals. • Customer Experience:** Creating a welcoming, fun, and professional environment where customers feel inspired. • Visual Merchandising:** Enhancing the store's appearance by rearranging furniture and adhering to company visual standards to create an inviting atmosphere. • Physical Tasks:** Assisting with moving and lifting furniture to optimize the store layout. • Multitasking: Managing priorities effectively to keep the store running smoothly. What We’re Looking For: We’d love to meet you if you’re passionate about furniture, sales, and customer service! Here’s what it takes to join our team: • Experience in Visual Merchandising and Interior Design • Professionalism: Follow direction and represent Nadeau with a friendly and professional attitude. • Physical Fitness: Comfortable lifting furniture (50+ lbs daily) and enjoy staying active on the job. • Experience: 1-2 years of retail or sales experience with basic math skills. • Flexibility: Available to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule. • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and social media platforms. Bonus points for experience in photographing and styling merchandise for online promotions. • Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the store. Experience & Qualifications: • Must be able to follow direction and present yourself in a professional manner • Must have own transportation • Must be willing and able to lift furniture weighing 50+lbs on average on a daily basis. Must love to lift. • 1-2 years of retail and sales experience and basic math skills are required • Weekend availability is a must. Flexible schedule is a must. • Computer literacy a must • Experience in social media, styling merchandise for photos, taking and editing the photographs.
