About the Role: As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate, you will foster a welcoming environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction. You'll be an integral team member delivering exceptional service while forging strong connections with clients to promote loyalty and retention. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver a client-first experience across all interactions—whether in-store, by phone, or online. • Engage clients proactively by utilizing provided tools to enhance loyalty and retention. • Carry out daily operational tasks accurately, ensuring clear communication of any rollovers. • Process POS transactions swiftly while offering knowledgeable insights during checkout. • Uphold visual merchandising standards to ensure an appealing product presentation. • Maintain thorough product knowledge and be resourceful in locating information as needed. • Assist the Store Manager with various tasks as assigned. • Provide constructive feedback to the Store Manager with a focus on client experience. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of retail experience; experience in home décor or interiors is a plus. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive is preferred. • Experience with Shopify POS, NetSuite, Slack, Gorgias, or Endear is advantageous. • Must live in or around Marin and have reliable transportation. • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs, using proper techniques. • Willingness to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule.
