About the Role We are seeking a Part-Time Home Staging Consultant to support our staging team with on-site property walkthroughs prior to staging. This role is focused on collecting accurate project information, including photos, measurements, and layout observations, which directly supports our staging and design planning. This position is ideal for students or recent graduates in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields who are interested in gaining real-world experience in the home staging industry. Responsibilities • Attend on-site walkthroughs for home staging projects • Capture clear reference photos and short videos of the property • Measure rooms, walls, windows, and key staging areas • Document layout conditions, lighting, finishes, and constraints • Organize and submit walkthrough information to the staging team • Follow standardized walkthrough and documentation procedures Qualifications • Current student or recent graduate in Interior Design, Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field • Interest in home staging and residential interiors • Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness • Comfortable working on-site at residential properties • Able to take accurate measurements and clear photos • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently Preferred (Not Required) • Prior exposure to home staging or residential design • Familiarity with basic measuring tools (tape measure or laser measurer) • Understanding of residential floor plans or layouts Schedule & Compensation • Flexible, project-based schedule • Part-time role suitable for students or recent graduates • Competitive hourly compensation based on experience Why Join Mia’s Home Staging • Hands-on experience in real home staging projects • Exposure to high-end residential properties across the Bay Area • Flexible schedule that works well alongside school or other commitments • Opportunity for growth into a full-time staging or design role Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 – 10.0 per week Work Location: Remote
