Part-Time Content Creator

About Us: OASIS STAGING + DESIGN is a home staging and interior design company based in Honolulu. We work with real estate agents, homeowners, and investors across Oahu to transform properties with thoughtfully curated design. We're a growing brand and looking for someone creative, reliable, and design-minded to support our content and social media presence. Position Overview: We're seeking a local content creator and social media assistant to help us document our work and develop engaging content. This is a great opportunity for someone with a creative eye who enjoys interiors, social media, and telling visual stories. Responsibilities: • Capture behind-the-scenes content during home staging projects (1–2x/week) • Create 3-4 Instagram posts and 1 Reel per week • Edit and organize video clips and photos for publishing • Follow and execute brand visual style and tone • Draft captions and schedule content • Occasionally repurpose blog or email content for social media Requirements: • Must be based on Oahu and able to attend in-person shoots • Experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush) • Strong understanding of Instagram features and trends • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines • Experience with Canva or Adobe tools is a plus Bonus Qualifications: • Photography or drone experience • Knowledge of interior design or real estate marketing Schedule & Hours: • Flexible • Opportunity to grow with the role To Apply: Submit a brief intro, your Instagram or portfolio, and 2–3 examples of related content you've created.
