The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage projects, ensure efficiency in processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality architecture and interior design services. Qualifications • Project management, Operations management, and Process efficiency skills • Strong organizational and leadership abilities • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Experience in the architecture or interior design industry • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, or related field • Proficiency in project management software is a plus
