Office Manager Part-Time

A high-end residential interior design firm is seeking a polished professional to join our team as the Studio Manager. This is a PART-TIME position, 20-25 hours per week, on-site at our studio in Raleigh, NC: 6500 Creedmoor Road, Suite 104, Raleigh, 27613. The Studio Manager is responsible for administrative duties as well as representing Colorful Concepts Interior Design to clients and vendors. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adept at problem solving, and organized; have acute attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and an interest in continuing self-development. Additional qualifications include: a bachelor’s degree; and a high level of proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and various Microsoft systems. Experience in the design/building/remodeling industries is a big plus! Duties: · Greet visitors to the Studio · Prepare client contracts, reports and other documents as needed · Create new client projects in Asana, using project templates · Client product invoicing and purchase order processing · Process vendor payments in QuickBooks · Vendor communication, order follow up, and problem resolution · Maintain current certificates of insurance and 1099s for all subcontractors · Biweekly reporting of hourly design time to clients, invoicing as needed · Track and reconcile client freight, receiving, and delivery costs · Maintain travel mileage log for firm owner · Creatively contribute to marketing campaign concepts · Provide administrative support to the design team · Manage studio supplies Compensation/Benefits: · Hourly (based upon experience) · SIMPLE IRA plan with employer-matching · Health insurance stipend monthly · Paid holidays and PTO To apply, please send resume and cover letter to sally@colorfulconcepts.net.
